How to register on the platform?

On the trimeds.fr website, click on “Sign in” or on the profile icon at the top right, then “Sign in”.

Fill in the fields with your information and validate your registration. You will receive a confirmation email, then once your account is validated, click on the link in the email to access the configuration of your store.

You can fill in the information immediately to complete your profile, or later.

Important: The following documents: identity card, Kbis extract (certificate of incorporation) and bank details are necessary for all transactions on the site.

How to add a product on the platform?

Go to the website trimeds.fr and click on “Log in” or the profile icon in the upper right corner, then “Log in” to access your dashboard.

You can access the store’s sections on the left side of the page.

To add a product that is not present on the platform, you have three ways, click on the icon of the parcel at the bottom right of your page, or in the tab "Products" then "Add", or in the menu "Add a product".
Fill in the requested information and click on "Submit".

To add a product already present on the platform, go to "Catalog" then search for the product and click on "Sell this product". Go to "Products", you will be able to modify the desired information.

You can also add a product by copying the information in the database. To do this, go to "Database" and then "Expensive medicines" or "Medicines subject to the cold chain" depending on the type of medicine you want to add. Then follow the procedure to add a new regular product.

How to place an order on the platform?

On the website trimeds.fr, click on "I log in" or on the profile icon in the upper right corner, then "Log in" to place an order.

Then it’s very simple, look for your products and add them to the cart by clicking on "Add to cart". Once you have finished your purchase, click on "View cart" to access the order summary. Click on "Validate the order".

Check your information, your billing and delivery address. Validate the general conditions and click on "Order". You will be redirected to our payment platform of Crédit Agricole. You have two options, either pay with Paylib with your phone or simply with your credit card. Your payment is perfectly secured. Once you are done, you will receive your order information by email.

How to change the status of an order on the seller side?

On the website trimeds.fr, click on "I log in" or on the profile icon on the top right, then "Log in" to go to your dashboard.

Go to "Orders" and click on the order that is in progress and that you are ready to ship. You can look at the information before changing the status to "Ready to Ship" then click "Update". Your order is now being processed by the platform!

How to prepare a parcel?

You will receive an email from the platform with the transport label and the certificate of transfer, or you can directly print the documents from your dashboard.
It is up to you to prepare the parcel carefully and to protect it as much as possible, with a suitable box, for your colleague.
The transport label must be affixed to the parcel.
The certificate of transfer is to be placed inside the parcel, guaranteeing the traceability of the health products.
